From Manual to Managed
The gym relied on notebooks and manual follow-ups to keep track of memberships, payments, and daily revenue. GymFlow brought these tasks into one place, giving staff a clearer way to manage members and giving the owner a better view of the business.
Login
A clean entry point that sets the tone for what's inside. Secure sign-in gets the owner or staff straight into the dashboard, so managing the gym starts the moment they log in.
Plans
This is where the gym owner sets their own pricing. Add a new membership tier, set the price and how many days it covers, and it's ready to assign.
Payment tracking
Where the money gets tracked. See what came in, broken down by cash, card, or transfer, and search or filter through every transaction.
Member management
A quick look at any member's status. Their plan, when it started, when it runs out, and whether they still have access today.
New member
Signing up a new member takes one form: name, picture and phone, pick a plan, record the payment. No jumping between screens.
Cloud database
PostgreSQL with Prisma, data stored securely in the cloud.
WhatsApp messages
Automated welcome and renewal reminder messages via the Meta API.
Role-based access
Owner and employee accounts with different permissions.
